How to: Use Dlvr.it

Dlvr.it is an online social media tool that creates pathways for you to automatically share information between social media sites like your blog, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and more.

In basics, dlvr.it takes Internet content (eg: a blog post) in the form of an RSS feed and redistributes it to locations of your choosing. But first, you need to be registered with this site to use it.
